Chris Reinbold grew up in Chicago, Illinois, attended American University in Washington, D.C. and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Chris went on to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles.  Upon graduating, he was offered an orthopedic physical therapy residency at HealthCare Partners, named a top-performing medical group in California for the last seven years.  Through this residency, Reinbold has gained valuable hands-on experience and mentoring by some of California’s top therapists.  After the residency, Chris continued to seek higher education and was offered a fellowship in manual therapy rehabilitation of the spine at Kaiser Permanente. Through this fellowship, he began to internalize that the quality of our movement has such a profound effect on an individuals quality of life. Chris is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

I began this website in an effort to join the chorus of those trumpeting that it is not merely enough to find a stiff area and move it. It is not enough to treat the area of pain and feel that you've had a successful outcome. To raise awareness that the art of rehabilitation is not a passive modality but the little life changes that a person makes due to expert guidance.
